Our plant is USDA certified and is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unlike many large operations, our doors are open for inspection - we have nothing to hide. We take pride in our work and are happy to offer the best and freshest lamb, beef, and goat to Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
